We are a team of engineers and researchers with an ambitious mission: to move the world toward error-free software. We're doing this by building tools to autonomously review and test code. We are backed by Accel, Guillermo Rauch (Vercel), Thomas Wolf (Hugging Face), David Cramer (Sentry), Charlie Marsh (Astral), and a number of other open source developers, machine learning researchers, and entrepreneurs. The Culture We Are Building

• -We are assembling a lean group of generalists. While we welcome experience, we're primarily looking for creative, curious problem solvers with a keen interest in open-ended, technically challenging problems.
• -We are looking to hire in-person in San Francisco. We believe that having a community is critical for learning, growth, and camaraderie. We will pay generously for relocation assistance.

Role: Product Designer

We're re-thinking from first principles how software is reviewed and tested and are looking for a talented designer who can create beautiful and intuitive interfaces for our platform. You'll have the opportunity to own the design process from start to finish, working closely with the founders and the rest of the team to create a product that is functional and aesthetic. We believe that the best interfaces, like machine learning models, are able to guide the behavior of a user effortlessly.

Responsibilities

• -Owning decisions around how our product should look and feel
• -Working closely with the founders to articulate product vision
• -Working with the founders to conduct user research and implement solutions
• -Building a design system that can be used by the rest of the team
• -Working with the founders and our design agency to extend our visual identity across our product landing page, website, and other marketing materials

Qualifications

• -Strong portfolio of past work designing web and native applications
• -Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
• -Strong communication skills and an interest in working closely with the founders, engineers, and customers
• -Willingness and excitement to work in-person in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• -Experience with early stage startups
• -Interest in or experience with v0, Lovable, or other prototyping tools
• -Interest in or experience with image generation tools such as Midjourney or DALL-E
• -Experience with brand design or an interest in helping to build a brand identity
